Shipping
Packed plain. Sent insured.
UK mainland delivery is tracked, insured for the price of the stone, and signed for. Carriage is not added in checkout. Nothing in this sample catalogue is dispatched.
United Kingdom
Allow one to two working days after the stone leaves the studio. The outer box is plain. It does not say that it holds a jewel.
The price of the stone includes UK VAT. Highlands, islands and Northern Ireland are quoted before payment. They are not guessed at checkout.
International
Destination, carrier, insurance and any duties are agreed before payment. Checkout collects a UK shipping address only.
What arrives
The stone, and the description already on its page. A laboratory report only if one was offered with the stone. A line that reads “Sample — not a real report” is not a report, and it is not sent as one.
